The first Coms&Media Scientific Seminar will be held in January 2011.
It is a one day and a half event where each thematic session will be composed of two/three papers, presentation and discussion. Each session will deal with a specific topic within the field of Regulation and Competition of Communications & Media markets. Each session will be introduced by a key-note speach.
The 2011 Scientific Seminar will be mainly focused on the Economic approach.
Papers will be selected by the Communications & Media Scientific Comittee and collected through a call for paper, which will be issued in September 2010.
Possible sessions' topics could be:
Access to content and platform competition;Interconnection and termination charge;
Network neutrality;
Wholesale regulation and margin squeeze in TLC markets;
Spectrum management
