The conference is divided in three sessions of debate among academics, EU Commissions, Regulators and companies' representatives.

The first session will be about Broadband policies in Europe: starting from the Commission approach, different bb policies and their trade-offs will be discussed. The second session will deal with Wireless Broadband: role of Radio-spectrum policies within the broadband ones and the level of substitutability of wireless and wire line will be the main topics of this session. Within the last session the NGA Recommendation and its national implementations will be discussed. The workshop is designed in a order to allow each participant ad attendee to express his view.
