The Florence School of Regulation is hosting the fourth 2011 IRG-BEREC Contact Network meeting -organized by AGCOM (the Italian NRA) - on the 17th and 18th of November 2011. In this occasion, the FSR is organizing pre-meeting workshop on Broadband promotion in the afternoon of the 16th of November. The workshop will deal with socio-economic determinants of Broadband adoption and usage, supply and demand sides public policies and incentive regulation for promotion of broadband. These topics will be discussed among academics,  representatives of all European National Regulators, and EU Commission. Main speakers will be prof. Carlo Cambini (Turin Polytech/FSR);  Maria Alessandra Rossi (University of Siena/FSR); Bogdan Depiniescu (ANCOM); Dimitri Ypsilanti (OECD);William Lehr (MIT); Carlos Costa (ANACOM). Moreover interventions from other NRAs representatives introduced the dabate.
