The Florence School of Regulation Communications and Media is carrying out a study on Broadband Promotion financed by the European Association of National Regulators.
The study will be organized in four parts: literature review; description of a novel dataset on the BB promotion mechanisms implanted at national and regional/local level; an econometric analysis of the data in order to assess the effectiveness of these different policy mechanisms; collection of and considerations on feedbacks from stakeholders; and discussion of the results.
