Programme

This workshop will focus on the problems raised by investment in cross-border infrastructure. We will address four specific sets of issues: the changes created by the new horizontal guidelines on energy contracts, the impact of EU procurement rules, the regulation of merchant transmission investment and the forthcoming role of ACER (roundtable chaired by Alberto Pototschnig).
