FSR & BNetzA Forum on Legal Issues of Energy Regulation

Florence, 15th October 2010
Sala Refettorio, Badia Fiesolana,
Via Roccettini, 9
San Domenico di Fiesole (FI)

Programme

With the Europeanization of energy law and policy and the creation of ACER, legal experts of national regulatory authority are increasingly feeling the need to cooperate and discuss the common challenges they face. A dedicated tool for consensus-building and sharing of experience is however missing. This is why the FSR and Bundesnetzagentur are willing to launch a new initiative: the Forum on Legal Issues of Energy Regulation. Organized for and driven by national regulatory authorities themselves, the Forum will constitute a platform to foster sharing of experience and debate on best practices for many years to come. This Forum would take place twice a year in Florence and results each time in a report to be jointly presented to the CEER General Assembly and disseminated.
