The event is aimed at assembling high-level participants from the Russian Regulatory Authority (Federal Tariff Service – FTS), the CEER, and the European Commission, to discuss on current issues challenging the role of Regulators both within the European Union and Russia, namely those related to the definition of legislation and regulation, the development of infrastructures, the implementation of the 3rd EU Energy Package including its external dimension, as well as sharing practices and visions.
