Every year the FSR runs an advanced course dealing with a specific regulatory issue in electricity or gas markets. The 5-day course is addressed to the staff of regulatory bodies and of energy companies who wish to analyse in-depth one specific subject matter. Eligible participants are staff from regulatory institutions and energy utilities which are FSR sponsors.

In 2009 the specialised training course was held on Natural Gas Markets. The course was attended by 20 participants representing 12 countries, 11 regulators, 3 companies.

2010 edition will be dedicated to "Regulation of Gas Markets" (see our Programme)
